DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN ::
    Job Summary
Customer Care section head will provide support to Customer service Dept. head by monitoring, planning & coordinating all matter related to customer such as service, complain, and inquiry in order to ensure Customer Care Section are run smoothly and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibility include but not limited to;

- To delegate all activities to team member effectively and efficiently to achieve and increase customer satisfaction
- Provide support to all branches in order to solve matter related to customer complained such as product defect and product information.
- Monitoring all incoming email and ensure all incoming complain in our social media are clarified.
- Integrate Customer Care in all CRM Programs as an added value in order to increase our brand awareness.
- Actively coordinate with related dept. in order to achieve Customer Care objectives.
- Conduct monthly evaluation to all employee under your supervision and take action plan in order to increase their performance.

PERSYARATAN ::
    Job Qualification;

- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Public Relation, Engineering (Electronic/Electrical,Industrial), Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having good presentation skill.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, operational intelligence and sound judgement.
- Knowledge in Call Center System.
- Problem solving and demonstrate good leadership skill.
